The Clazel Theatre located in Bowling Green, Ohio is a spectacular venue to host your corporate event. Originally built in the early 1900’s we have taken meticulous care during our renovations to restore the venue to its original grandeur.
The Clazel offers a dynamic venue with cutting edge sound and production equipment for events ranging from business development seminars to full concert production. Our team is proud to partner with IMIJ Sound and Lighting.

Conveniently located just minutes from I-75 the Clazel is ideally located. The venue includes a spacious dance floor, two full-service bars, and plenty of seating space perfect for weddings or specials events. Our event coordinator will assist with entertainment, decorations and room design as well as provide the most professional level of service. Business Meetings/Training Seminars
In this fast paced world where there is a need for continuing education and further training in most professional fields, corporations find themselves searching for facilities that offer all the modern necessities. At Clazel, not only will you have high speed wireless connections capabilities, and audio and visual equipment and podium at your disposal, we are also proud to offer a 23 foot high definition projection screen, full sound system with Blue Ray disc player and ADA accessible restrooms. Our facility is not your typical cookie-cutter room with four white walls. The atmosphere at Clazel is both warm and stimulating, a plus when taking in new information. The surroundings will emphasize to your colleagues they are truly important to your organization. And our specially trained staff will be happy to assist you to ensure your presentation is a success.

With the exquisite original woodwork, chandeliers, high ceilings, gold leaf accents and Italian fountain, the sophisticated yet old Hollywood atmosphere, at the Clazel, creates a unique festive feel for all corporate affairs and holiday parties. Our stage, two balconies overlooking the dance floor, two fully stocked bars, sound system and light show only add to the prestige and grandeur of the event.

SEATING OPTIONS
The Historic Clazel Theatre is a versatile venue with ample room to accommodate any occasion ranging from intimate affairs to large-scale events. It possesses all the grandeur of a historic, ritzy hotel or country club without the exorbitant expense.
BANQUET-STYLE
Our venue can comfortably seat 225 guests at traditional style tables. Additional seating (high-top bistro tables) may be added near the upper-level bar and on the two balconies overlooking the dance floor/dining area, thereby increasing seating to 300 guests. While set-up and break-down of tables and chairs is included in each package, a fee is charged for the set-up and break-down of additional tables and chairs in the balconies.
GRAZING STATIONS
If you prefer to forgo the classic banquet-style, grazing stations may be more to your liking. A combination of bistro and traditional tables can be set-up, thus allowing your guests to both mingle and take a seat periodically throughout the festivities. This style can accommodate up to 350 guests.
CATERING
The Clazel is delighted to serve the finest menu to your guests. You may choose from a variety of cuisines listed and we are also happy to accommodate additional items.
